contribute to the definition of policies related to the EU and
to international cooperation;
to coordinate the cooperation activities resulting from Portugal's
participation in the EU, as well as from the national integration
in international organisations;
to develop international cooperation activities in S&T and Higher
Education resulting from bilateral and multilateral relations,
in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and with
other public departments, as well as to promote cooperation with
Portuguese-speaking countries. |
