	Ireland Enterprise Ireland Ireland Enterprise Ireland (EI) is the government agency responsible for the development and promotion of the indigenous business sector. EI’s mission is to accelerate the development of world-class Irish companies to achieve strong positions in global markets resulting in increased national and regional prosperity. EI is responsible for the co-ordination of Ireland’s participation in ESA programmes on behalf of the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment.
